Sales Role - Real Estate (2-10 yrs)
- Hiring for Multiple sales profile for Real Estate vertical of VNS Group. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Sales and have good communication and interpersonal skills. We appreciate and look forward to candidates who can formulate a sales strategy for the client's project and execute the plan to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships with investors, and end-customers.
- Connect and engage with prospects via outbound calls.
- Sourcing new leads.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Performing BTL marketing activities and events.
- Set up meetings with potential prospects.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Continually meeting and exceedingly daily/monthly targets with respect to site visits and sales.
- Intermediate negotiation processes: consult clients on market conditions and prices.
- Fixing up engagement meetings with the predetermined leads Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalised service to the HNI customers.
- Converting prospects into buyers
- Be responsible for end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company's offerings on a daily basis.
Requirements & Skills :
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Team management skills.

Salary Range : 3,00,000 to 14,00,000 per annum
Educational Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
Location : Noida Sec -2 (work from office)
