Sales Role - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)
-Responsibilities:-
1. -Sales and Business Development:-
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective team management and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients and partners.
2. -Client Relationship Management:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a point of contact for high-profile clients and key accounts.
3. -Market Analysis and Strategy:-
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and gain a competitive edge.
4. -Performance Monitoring and Reporting:-
- Track team performance metrics and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
- Real estate license (if applicable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
