Roles And Responsibilities :
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- 1-3Yrs of Experience in Field Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, and should know the regional language of that respective city.
- Should be comfortable to work on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.
- Should be comfortable with travel within the city to meet stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word & PPT.
