Sales Role - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)
Real Estate Sales will lead and oversee the entire sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will effectively manage a network of channel partners and drive consistent sales performance.

- Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the company's sales targets.
- Leadership and Guidance : Provide strong leadership and support to the sales teams, fostering a culture of consistent performance and accountability.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities to identify growth potential and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand the company's reach and enhance business opportunities.
- Weekly Meetings : Conduct weekly office meetings with the sales team and channel partners to review performance, share insights, and strategize for upcoming sales initiatives.
- Channel Partner Management : Oversee and support the top 50 channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and training to maximize their sales potential.
- Sales Targets : Set and monitor weekly sales targets for the sales team and channel partners, ensuring that each partner achieves at least one sale per week under their network.
- Collaboration with Management : Work closely with senior management on budget planning, financial goals, and overall sales performance.
- Performance Reporting : Regularly report on sales performance metrics, channel partner engagement, and overall market conditions to senior management.
