Sales Role - Private Banking (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a personal banker to join our team. Responsibilities include working closely with clients. You must successfully build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. And service by providing tailored banking solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities of Personal Banker :
- Maintain Daily Sales Reports.
- Capable of Maintaining eligibility.
- Recommending and explaining Bank services and products to clients.
- Enhancing customers- wallet size.
- Ensure quality of Relationship while Flagging.
- Pitch of Enhancement Portfolio.
- Networking and Negotiation skills.
- Preparing documentation to open or close accounts and assigning account numbers when necessary.
- Resolving client queries and complaints.
- Verified bank account.
- Call customers who have not transacted and know the reason.
- Discuss bank policies and procedures and any changes affecting policies and procedures with clients.
- Using Data-mine for cross-selling
- Calling on Large Value Attrition
- Corporate Salary: Calling on customers who transfer their salary a/cs to other banks immediately on credit

- NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry.
- Requirements :
- Graduation in any stream
- Mini. 2 to 4 Years of experience in the Banking Sector / Core Banking
- Local candidate with a good local network.
- Certifications :
- NISM V-A Certification
- IRDA Certification
- NCFM Certification (Optional)
- CAIIB (Optional)
- Internal Certification
- GI certification
