Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team. As a Sales Person for our Technological Product Solutions Company, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

- Achieve set targets on a regular basis.

- Understand the company's technological product solutions and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential and existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our technological product solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Product to handle : impact modifiers, coupling aid, Acrylates, POE, monomers and Engineering plastics. EVA copolymers.

Requirements :

- 4 years min relevant experiences of Specialty Polymers for Polymers compounding & elastomers, industrial polymers, Wire & Cable, Elastomers, Footwear, Auto compounding companies. Engineering compounds, Automotive.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
