Sales Role - Pharma (2-5 yrs)

Principal Role and Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Qualify leads, book appointments, understand customer needs, and determine their potential as sales opportunities.

- Sales Presentation and Product Demonstration: Conduct effective sales presentations product demonstrations, and discussions with potential customers to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's products or services. Adapt the sales pitch to address the specific needs and pain points of each customer.

- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and credibility. Understand their business requirements and provide personalized solutions. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty


- Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with customers to negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements. Handle objections and address concerns raised by customers.

- Close sales deals by securing signed contracts or purchase orders.

- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards sales targets and provide insights to management.

- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Customer Service and Support: Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and satisfaction after-sales support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing assistance as needed.

- Professional Development: Continuously update product knowledge, sales techniques,and industry trends. Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date with market developments.

Qualifications and Skills :

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a Pharma sales field is preferred.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C (business-to-customers) environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

- Results-oriented and target-driven.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in using sales and CRM software.

- Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions :

- Full-time, 45-50 hours/week. Office Hours- 9am to 5pm.

- Compensation based on work experience.

- Compensation structure- Salary + Commission
