Sales Role - Personal Bank (2-3 yrs)
The personal banker's duties will include meeting sales goals and offering consumers individualized financial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, customer service, and sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognize the financial demands of customers and offer them solutions that are unique to their needs.
- Provide a variety of banking services and products, such as accounts, loans, cards, and investments.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers about banking goods and services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers through referrals and lead generation activities
- Achieve sales targets and cross-sell other banking products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking Finance, customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
