Job Title: Sales Representative - Partner Outsourced Business Development

Summary :
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to develop and secure outsourced business from Zoho and NetSuite partners around the world. This is a key role that will help expand our global presence and increase revenue streams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, and a proven understanding of the Zoho and NetSuite ecosystems.
Responsibilities :
- Partner Outreach : Identify and connect with potential Zoho and NetSuite partners worldwide. Thoroughly research partner profiles to understand their capabilities and areas of potential collaboration.
- Relationship Building : Build rapport and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with Zoho and NetSuite partners.
- Lead Generation : Proactively develop and qualify leads within the Zoho and NetSuite partner networks.
- Business Development : Present our value proposition and secure outsourced projects for our company, articulating our unique strengths and competitive advantages.
- Negotiation and Contractual Agreements : Negotiate terms and conditions of outsourced projects, working in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure agreements are in the best interest of the company.
- Data Tracking and Reporting : Analyze sales data and trends within the partner networks, reporting regularly on pipeline activities and key performance indicators.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., project management, technical support) to ensure successful delivery of outsourced projects.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum of [2-4] years of demonstrable sales experience within the software industry, ideally in a similar partner-facing or business development role.
- Expertise in Zoho/NetSuite: Working knowledge of the Zoho CRM suite and/or NetSuite product offerings is desired.
- Networking Prowess: Proven ability to build and cultivate strong professional relationships in a virtual environment.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor pitches for diverse audiences
- Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: High level of initiative, with the ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Organization and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems for sales pipeline management and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Additional Desired Skills :
- Experience working with outsourced teams or international partners.
