Sales Role - Outbound Voice Process - BPO (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Performance-oriented candidates with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a US/Canada sales/cross-selling/lead generation process in an International BPO
- Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining consistent productivity and consistently achieving assigned sales targets
- Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
- Meet call quality requirements according to call monitoring guidelines
- Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator, and deal closer
- Creating and monitoring sales pipeline and achieving assigned goals and targets
- Motivation for sales, sales planning, implementation, and rapport building
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Requirements for this Position :
- At least 2 years of US Sales/Lead Generation (Voice) experience
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills
- Working experience in a call center handling outbound sales operations
- Both graduates and undergraduates can apply
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of/ability to learn new technologies
- Find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns
- Probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller
- Find opportunities and suggest process improvements
- Ability to empathize and work with customers in real-time to resolve issues.
