Key Role Points :
- Managing the sales & marketing of surgical equipment and instruments such as Intraocular Lens, Surgical Accessories, Cataract Machines and other diagnostic equipment in Navi Mumbai and parts of Raigarh
- Liaising with Counsellors and Ophthalmologists and facilitating surgeons in Cataract Surgeries
- Imparting demonstrations on surgical machines in clinic and operation theater
- Addressing surgeon issues and queries and providing product training to clinical staff for counseling
- Generating monthly reports on area performance and submitting to top management
- Designing & deploying sales & marketing strategies, programs and contents to improve sales opportunities
- Monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace;
gathering information on competitors pricing & promotional activities
- Identifying prospective clients by visiting clinics/hospitals; establishing new & maintaining existing, relationships with doctors/surgeons/counselors and generating business from the existing clientele
- Conducting Market Research & analyzing functions including identification of key trends and challenges in the industry; conceptualizing strategic product marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning
- Working with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings; delivering presentations and attending sales meetings and partner conferences
