Job Description :

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all commercial function including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for assigned Customers or region & new customers. 

- To support in company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth by developing short & long term marketing plans. 

- Formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines and short-term strategies to achieve the goals and targets for the assigned BU/area To develop & drive the pricing strategy of the company. 

- Develop and implement company's sales & BD strategy across defined customers. Execute benchmark, analyse results and monitor the main KPIs To penetrate deep into the customer organization through sustainable relationships. 

- Coordinate project resources ensuring the achievement of goals (budget, time, results, etc..) 

- Define sales plans and budgets, and the cost of distribution, for new products/services sharing the actions required to achieve these with the markets Collect, process and distribute the data related to competitor's market shares and the expected and actual demand patterns Interpret and define customer requirements, examine opportunities to acquire new market areas, recommending appropriate actions aimed at providing specialized products to meet market/customer requirements. 

- Define communication and image strategy. 

- Prepare Technology day or product introduction campaign strategies.

Technical Skills :

- Core tools Knowledge(SPC/MSA/PPAP/FMEA/APQP) ISO9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO18001 TS 16949 Standard Knowledge of SD Module in SAP.

Critical Skills :

- Good knowledge of OEM Sales & Marketing will be critical to this functions.
