Sales Role - OEM (5-12 yrs)
Sales Engineer - Eastern Region with a European MNC
Summary of job contents :
- Responsible for meeting the sales target
- Reporting to Zonal Manager -North & East
Key accountabilities :
- Discovering customer need.
- Offering solutions with our technology and products.
- Planning and executing customer visits as per the norms set by the management.
- Prompt reporting on daily basis.
- Analysing the performance of the region and adding new customers.
- Collect market information and communicate to other regions through RSMs and/or GSMs.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain customer relation.
- Maintain effective communication both internal and external.
- Used to work in projects-based business
Knowledge :
- Study discipline: Technical degree / Diploma (electrical/electronic/instrumentation engineering or mechatronics).
Language Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi preferred, additional languages will be an asset.
- The candidate must be having experience of industrial sales (preferably to OEMs and reputed companies) and should have covered the Eastern Region.
- Experience of managing Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh would be an added advantage.
