Sales Role - Medical Devices/Healthcare (1-2 yrs)
- As a Medical Package Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling medical packages and services to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, and individual healthcare practitioners. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by effectively presenting and selling our medical packages, which may include a combination of medical equipment, supplies, software solutions, and service contracts.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the medical packages, equipment, and services offered by your company. Be able to explain their benefits and advantages to potential clients.
Needs Assessment : Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess their specific needs and challenges. Tailor your product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Highlight the value and benefits of your medical packages.
Quoting and Proposal Creation : Create accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals for potential clients, addressing their unique requirements.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Product Training : Keep yourself updated on product enhancements and industry developments. Provide training and education to clients on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and software.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports for management.
Compliance : Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Feedback Loop : Gather feedback from clients and healthcare professionals to improve products and services. Share this feedback with the product development team.
