Role : Sales Representative

Job Summary :

- The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with advertising and marketing agencies, driving sales and revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- To create new business opportunities, it is important to contact, identify, and build partnerships with marketing and advertising firms.

- To fully grasp the needs, challenges, and advertising objectives of agencies, conduct extensive study on them.


- The company's digital advertising solutions, such as display advertising, social media advertising, search advertising, and other digital marketing services, to agencies.

- Provide specialised suggestions and solutions that satisfy the advertising goals of agencies by working with internal teams from marketing, product, and operations.

- To close agreements and hit sales targets, conduct discussions, product presentations, and sales presentations.

- By responding to enquiries, resolving problems, and keeping in touch on a regular basis, provide great customer service in order to create and preserve lasting connections.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3 years of any field sales or BFSI required.

- A demonstrated history of exceeding or reaching sales goals in the field of sales, preferably in the field of digital advertising or marketing.

- Strong comprehension of the agency landscape, including agency business models, decision-making procedures, and major players.

- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.

- Possibility of establishing and keeping professional, ethical, and trustworthy relationships with agency partners.

- Capable of working independently or in a team, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

- Ability to successfully handle many priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

- Knowledge of the platforms, tools, and technologies for digital advertising is advantageous.

- Readiness to travel when necessary to meet with agency partners and go to professional events.
