- Understanding the requirements of customers and ensure right Machines Sizing & selection.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop new business opportunities in multiple territories assigned for Injection Molding Machines.
- Ensuring the timely submission of quotation & keeping constant follow up to convert into the business.
- Monitoring and ensuring order Submission in Big Machines and process enhancement.
- Ensuring Timely Delivery of Machines & installation of machines along with Collection of Balance Payments for Machines & Spare parts.
- Maintaining Sales Pipeline, present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the senior team.
- Responsible for providing support to all field Sales Engineers & Managers for the Technical Matters as well as processing of all sales orders.
- Works as Key Resource between Sales & Design, Planning, Supply Chain, Operations (Intra - Department Coordination).
- Understanding the requirements of customers & ensuring all technical clearance from Design for submission of Sales Offer by Sales Managers to Customers.
- Critical Role in OSS Review Meeting to resolve all design matters to ensure timely execution of Sales Order
- Providing Support to Sales Engineer / Manager to Generate Order Specification Data (OSD).
- Ensuring the correctness of details of all sales orders in Big Machines.
- Developing auxiliary vendors for Moulds, Utility Equipment like Cooling Tower / Compressors / Portable Cranes etc., Machines Supporting Material like Hopper, Chiller, De-humidifier, Mould Temperature Controller etc.
- Identifying, Developing, Negotiating & finalizing vendors for the procurement of auxiliary of machines.
- Ensuring all auxiliary parts is available for selection in Big Machine Software.
- Providing support to Sales Engineer / Manager for Project Execution. Working as key resource between Sales Person, Customer & Supplier for Mould. Complete Execution including guiding customer for selection of mould, mould trial, receiving confirmation of customer for samples, dispatch of mould.
- Providing support to customers for the any issues of mould & auxiliary.
- Intercompany Machine Sales: Providing offers to All Milacron Companies (Afton / China / Germany / Rest of World) for their machine requirements. Providing all support for Machines Sales. Generating OSD for the all machines.
