Our client is a high-tech company and a leading manufacturer of vacuum plasma process control systems. Based in Ignalina, Lithuania, this innovative company exports over 90% of its production globally.

The Job:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Business Development lead in day-to-day activities.

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and present technical information effectively.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
