Job Description :

As a Sales Representative for Loan Services at Malashree, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate loan products. Your primary goal is to drive loan sales and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with our marketing and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless loan application process and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Prospect and Generate Leads:

- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, @networking, referrals, and online research.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

2-Client Consultation :

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and loan requirements.

- Educate clients on available loan products, terms, and conditions.

Sales and Relationship Management :

- Present and recommend suitable loan products to clients based on their needs.

- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on the loan status.

Achieve Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan products.

- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize loan origination.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and product performance.

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.

- Work closely with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan applications in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the financial services or loan industry.

- Strong knowledge of various loan products, including personal, home, auto, and business loans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
