Sales Role - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our agency network, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand our agency network, including recruiting new agencies and developing relationships with existing agencies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agencies, and internal teams.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in agency channel sales management in the Life Insurance industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile :
- experience in agency channel sales management in the Life Insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing agency networks, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets.
