- (In case of IT requirements) Experience of winning big automated lab equipment tenders / projects against competition. Selling exposure to both government and private customers desired. Fluent in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Effective email communication etiquettes.

Job Description / Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer having experience in sales and business development of automated lab equipment tenders / projects
- To achieve annual Sales & Gross Margin targets,
- Win tenders / projects for big automated lab equipment
- Key account management - maintain and develop business
- To plan and control the profit margins for product lines
- Order execution, price negotiations with principals & customers, monitor deliveries of orders, coordinate internal processes and commercial activities
- To have good business relationship with principals & customers, - To have information about competitor activities & prices

Compensation range :
- (IN USD) Salary plus other allowances (depending on experience), family status, additional HRA, car, fuel, water & electricity, residence telephone, mobile, medical, passage, gratuity as applicable for this post. Candidate is entitled to additional attractive annual performance bonus and quarterly incentive schemes as per company policy.
