Sales Role - IT Staffing (10-15 yrs)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus ten years of experience in the IT staffing industry.
- Has a reliable relevant network and can drive lead generation initiatives
- Has worked for Malaysia IT Staffing market before
- Capable of hunting new clients and managing existing accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of current IT Recruiting practices and IT Sales landscape.
- Has previously worked for contractual and permanent IT Staffing.
- Previous experience in building out a large-scale multisite Sales Strategy
- To be able to manage a team and drive the overall Sales and Recruitment team towards business objectives.
- Competitive/performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals
- High energy and always looking to improve.
- Experience in multi-discipline recruiting environments
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands while being flexible.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment as well as good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skill
