Education: Engg. Graduate/Diploma in Computer

Science/BCA/MCA - Preferred with MBA

Skills Expected: Strong Technical Background in the following areas:

- Software - preferred with Backup, Replication,virtualization, Servers Installation, Migration, cloud technologies.

- Hardware - Full architecture of Computer to Servers and its configuration.

- Networking - Networking devices.

- Strong communication skills (Esp. Technical Support Calls)

Work Experience 1 - 6 Years - Overall experience.


1-3 Years - core experience in technology

Key Responsibilities :

- To be able to explain the solution to our clients.

- Visiting the client place to do the POC/Demo of the workable solution.

- Designing the technical solutions based on the customer technology requirement. (Solving customer IT Challenges)

- Supporting the customer with technical queries both pre-sales/post-sales.

- Working on the customer support to help customer with the technical challenges faced in the solution provided from time to time.

- Identifying new customers and helping them to solve their IT challenges.

Job Summary:


 - Candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new customer base for the company.

- Being the face of the company, candidate will meet the client on a regular basis. Generate the requirement.

- Demonstrating the product line, solution of the company to client and be in the market to scout for opportunities.

- Must be able to take the new solutions and products in to the market to the existing and new clients.

- Keeping and building a strong relationship with the existing clients.

Salary - Emoluments will be in two parts Fixed and Variable.
