Job Description
- Generate Profitable Revenue from New Account
- Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/ competency)
- Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
- Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Collect invoices/ payments on time
- Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
- Understand Tech M offerings very well
Authority
- Can travel to meet customers/ partners
- Can entertain customers/ partners to develop relationships & exchange information (in line with company policy)
- Can choose local partners to work with. Can also align with OEMs (IBM, HP, etc.)
- Qualification of leads generated by Marketing/ competencies
- Generally all activities in an account/ opportunity happens with his/ her knowledge/ approval
- Presales time commitment is largely influenced by him/her
- Attention of Bid Management team to work on opportunities
- Making people in back-end work to deadlines s/he sets
Skills
- CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
- MS Office proficiency
- Creating & updating account plan
- Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials
- Internal People soft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing
