The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
- Generate business for Website development, Website Designing, SEO, SMO, SMM, PPC, Digital marketing, and Mobile -App Development.
- Business Development candidates can only be responsible for business generation.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- Must have strong experience in IT- Sales.
- Good in Leads follow-up and proposal-making.
- Can generate business for Domestic or International sales IT Services.
- Must be Strong experience in IT Service Sales - for Digital Marketing Agency
- Must be Know Upwork, Behance etc for business generation and can generate business by your own network or can good in using Linkedin network also.
- Can generate business for IT Services - Website development, designing, DND, App. development, Digital solution- SEO, SMO, PPC, etc.
