Sales Role - IT Hardware (3-10 yrs)
1. Build strong relationship with enterprise customers & new prospects and sell HP products & services.
2.Regular coordination & connect with potential customers on a regular basis and provide product information & product updates to key decision makers of the customers.
3. Immediate response to the customer on queries & complaints & ensure redressal
4. Knowledge of customers in terms of IT installed base, purchase triggers, satisfaction levels which will help in closing of Sales
5. Daily & timely reporting on customer visits, status on leads, potential business in the mobile APP and to respective manager.
6. Update funnel sheet as per guidelines & formats.
7. Attend training programs & study the reading material thoroughly to be updated to the latest technologies & features of the products.
8. Strictly follow HR guidelines as laid out by the organization
9. Qualifications required: Graduation + Diploma
10. Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years
11. Well versed in selling products & manage customers queries/relationships in B2B Business
12. Possess excellent Presentation & communication skills, Negotiation Skills & coordination Skills
13. Self-motivated, sincere & committed to deliver the results
14. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling IT HW/SW, telecom, OA products to SMB & enterprise customers.
