Sales Role - IT (8-15 yrs)
Preference for candidates with Hunting profile
- Build strong and long term relationships with key employees at client site
- Address clients- business needs
- Advise client on key issues
- Schedule regular meetings with client to understand their issues and ensure resolution
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Identify new / potential needs of client
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, support units, senior management) to address client needs
- New Business development
