Sales Role - IT (4-5 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Logic Ladder. You will be responsible for overseeing sales in various channels, including channel sales, enterprise sales, and government sales.
- You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise, building strong customer relationships, and understanding client requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical support and training to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective channel-specific sales strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Logic Ladder's solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare and present technical proposals that align with client requirements.
- Navigate government procurement processes and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand government regulations and compliance requirements relevant to our solutions.
- Develop and submit proposals for government contracts, addressing technical specifications and project requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to client inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in B Tech, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in B2B & Government segment of- IT/ product sales and/or enterprise software sales
- Experience in SaaS sales in the sustainability sector and/or enterprise FinTech product firms will be advantageous
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Great Team Management, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate new markets
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with various sales software tools Zoho, (Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, Google Drive etc.).
