Sales Role - IT (2-10 yrs)

USM Business Systems is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our industry-leading telecommunication solutions to residential and/or business customers (depending on the specific role).

Responsibilities :


- Prospect and develop new leads within the assigned territory

- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets for companies' products and services

- Conduct insightful needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of companies' offerings

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele

- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required)

- A passion for technology and the telecommunications industry is a plus
