Sales Role - IT (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving revenue, growth and profitability throughout the assigned territory. This is an individual contributor position, hands-on working role.
Essential Duties but not limited to:
- Understanding the product offerings of in detail within 1 month of employment.
- Selling the complete line of technology solutions to the suitable healthcare community
- Responsible and own complete Sales life cycle starting from lead generation to making the final sale and collect the cheque
- Responsible for managing/coordinating all non- products related but ecosystem related activities at the customer site on an ongoing basis.
- Developing and managing accounts through aggressive prospecting and networking while maintaining and sustaining successful ongoing relationships with key decision makers
- Developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with our partner network
- Understanding the product and pricing structures of competition within an assigned territory
- Meeting sales goals, developing account strategy and pipeline, negotiating pricing, discussing sales planning, managing processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals
- ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE w r t documentation on sales funnel, reports and meeting minutes
Other Responsibilities:
- All activities and all internal communications MUST be driven through R-DNS (Digital Nervous System).
- Must follow assigned processes
- Information documented in CRM MUST be detailed.
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating (in-house and customer) the delivery of software
- For customers in the assigned territory, oversee customer CRM cases are resolved as per SLA [Service Level Agreement]
- Provide weekly status report to management on all activities involved in.
- Undertake other tasks that may be necessary to create an outstanding environment for the growth of a value-driven company
- Contribute ideas and process improvement recommendations to the team
