Sales Role - IT (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-growth sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our sales strategy, work closely with leadership, and drive business growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for enterprise clients across MENA/APAC
- Qualify inbound leads and pursue outbound opportunities to expand the sales pipeline
- Apply the MEDDIC sales methodology to align with client needs and ensure successful deal closures
- Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to present AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve sales processes
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors
- Strong understanding and application of the MEDDIC sales framework
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A competitive mindset, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
