Sales Role - IT (1-3 yrs)
Back Office Sales :
- Generating sales leads by maintaining relationships with clients and keeping in touch with them. Pushing passive products and establishing a strong market presence.
- Maintaining and growing the client base. Keeping up with the advancements in the respective field and accordingly engaging in marketing activities.
- It is a back-office sales activity, that involves calling, texting, and emailing existing and prospective customers.
- Comparing technical data sheets to place the correct product to the customer as per his needs. Preparing quotations and sending them across. Providing online support if needed for any troubleshooting activity conducted on-site.
Project Coordinator :
- Coordinating between the support team for ongoing projects, keeping track of call registers, and allocating the calls to the support team. Keeping track of the progress of various projects.
- Enrolling for various training sessions, attending the same, and training juniors if needed.
- Any activity allied to and related to the above-mentioned role.
