Sales Role - IT (0-4 yrs)
The profile involves providing consultation and solutions to meet the clients- cloud computing related requirements. The job profile involves technology sales and is NOT a cold calling/field job profile.
Job Description:
- Well versed with company's technical product features to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
- Demonstrates sales by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending best solutions with strong focus on product's unique selling preposition.
- Demonstrates the right customer behaviour defined by delivering an excellent customer experience
- Passionate to achieve monthly/annual targets
- Liaising with existing clients, deliver strong after-sales support and technical back up thereby enhancing customer experience.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients- maximize satisfaction
- Proactive in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports
- Understand the competitors- product and their USP to strategically place the company's product in the mind of the customer.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Minimum Marks for eligibility during - 60 percent through out (10th, 12th, Graduation)
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
- Previous experience in US market is plus
- Only male candidate
- Rotational Shift - As we cater to UK/US client.
- No Company Transport Facility.
