Sales Role - IT (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT solutions and services.
- Conduct effective cold calling to generate leads and identify prospects.
- Act as a Sales Executive by learning to convert leads into valuable clients for our IT products and services.
- Participate in presentations and product demonstrations to understand and communicate the value of our offerings.
- Learn to schedule meetings and appointments for more experienced team members with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gain hands-on experience in the sales process.
- Develop foundational skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
- Gain exposure to industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to contribute to the identification of new business opportunities.
- Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate or equivalent educational background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in sales and telecalling.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
