Sales Role - Interior Design (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Support in managing B2B clients like architects, interior designers, hospitals, schools, etc.
- Lead order execution with detailed coordination between site measurements, designer approval, assisting client selection, raw material procurement and delivery, factory logistics, installation checklist, transportation coordination and vendor management support
- Take responsibility for timely quotation generation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
- Generate and assist to convert leads for modular kitchens and wardrobes
- Discover new franchise partnership opportunities
- Oversee execution and supervision of franchisee displays
Ideal Candidate :
- A mission-driven individual who is not solely motivated by promotions and designation growth
- Natural comfort in technology/apps and open to learning tools like Zoom, Google Suite, Canva, Notion, Google Maps
- Enjoys learning and growing in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to build relationships across various levels of society
- Self-driven and loves taking initiative
- 1-2 years of work experience in an unstructured environment
- Comfortable with learning and implementing documentation and processes in a structured organisation.
- Comfortable working from home, office, and the field
- Comfortable with occasional travel within Patna for meetings
- Punctual and reliable
- Preference for candidates with their own laptop device and 2-wheeler for commuting
- Basic written and spoken English skills are preferred
- Personality traits like great attention to detail, responsible, organised, hard-working, goal-directed, and adheres to norms and rules
