The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
- Cold calling and generating client requirements.
- Providing and preparing with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Taking a "design brief" to understand requirements.
-Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to clients.
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within Sales, Community Management, Interior Designing.
- Experience within Area Sales, Community Management and National Sales would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering Real Estate, Infrastructure, Architecture, Interior designing , Hospitality is strong plus.
- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- You have solid experience in a sales role ideally including experience covering India , Southeast Asia and Middle east.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different clients.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple clients
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
