Sales Role - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products/services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet department goals
- Provide excellent post-sale customer support and follow-up
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred
