Sales Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a passionate Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will be responsible for providing valuable insurance solutions to our clients and helping them safeguard their financial future.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales Representatives as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Support professional development and growth within the team.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure client retention and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, policy renewals, and commissions.
- Manage and allocate the budget effectively to support sales activities and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and present quotes, policy options, and recommendations to potential clients.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the application process, guiding clients through the underwriting process and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Age: 22 to 38
- Min. 2 to 6 year exp. in field sales and marketing
- Must be local candidate
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of insurance regulations and products.
