Age:- 25 to 35

Experience : 2 + years of sales experience is must
Education : Graduation is must
- Candidate need to hire sales executive from open market
- Train sales executive, develop your own team and gain business from them
- Get trainings from trainers for your self and for your team
- Help each team member in performance improvement and try to get more and more business from them
- Source leads from open market and try to gain more and more business
- Maintain decorum of the branch
- Arrange drives with your team and try to reach maximum customers
- Co-ordinate with every team member
Required criteria :
- Candidate with high working potential will rock the field
- Candidate with good communication skills
- Candidate with good local network
