Sales Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We have urgent openings for the position of Development Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Have thorough knowledge of the market in your reach & generate new leads & getting orders.
- Preparing support materials for sales calls, performing internet research and follow ups.
- Be in touch with old customers and maintain relations to get orders and payments
- Inform customers about company s process & policies regarding production process, payment policies, delivery process, etc.
- Fill-up the order form with complete details.
- Issue quotations and proposals to the customers.
- Submit complete sales details to the administration office & co-ordinate with the same to get order ready.
- Co-ordinate with office coordinator to be updated about the production & dispatch details of your orders.
- Meet monthly targets.
- Keep yourself updated regarding other players in the market, their products, pricing & marketing policies.
- Coordinate & communicate all the customer related issues with the responsible person.
- Be polite, patience while communicating with the stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Must be ready to travel.
SKILLS :
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Dedicated to work and having excellent presentation skills
- Can work in pressure and must be target oriented
- Must know languages: Hindi & Gujarati
