Sales Role - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Life insurance companies want alert and driven managers who can recognize and hire qualified insurance advisors.
- Obtaining fresh Advisors or Agents on a regular basis. licensing and routinely monitoring the same's activation
- Mentor advisors to increase productivity, make a plan, and accomplish the objective. Focus on spread control, regional coverage, and administration of the sales personnel.
- Must regularly interact with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries and to keep organized records.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics :
Requirement : Candidates having a background in operations as graduates will not be suitable for this role.
- For the purpose of selling policies, we must work 100% on the field.

Experience : 2 To 5 years of Field Sales & Marketing
Age range : 21 to 38 years old.
