Sales Role - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies.
- Implement brand strategies to make sure a consistent marketing message is conveyed.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting as well as feedback.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Guarantee full transparency over the monetary execution of the organization.
- Oversee all team members (controllers, treasurers and so forth).
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identity, Recruit and manage advisor from the respective location
- Train and Motivate advisors to Provide a better Understanding of market /products.
- Develop the business plan objectives for assigned Division
- Business development responsibility
- Obtains pertinent underwriting information from prospects
- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
- Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
Other Details :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Problem solving skill required
- Best Convincing power required
- Min. 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
