A Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key business partners to drive mutual growth and achieve long-term objectives. This role typically involves:

Key Responsibilities:

- Researching and identifying potential partners that align with the company's goals and strategy.

- Engaging in negotiations to establish beneficial partnerships, joint ventures, or collaborations.

- Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key partners.

- Ensuring that partnerships align with the company's strategic goals and market positioning.

Working with various internal teams (such as sales, marketing, legal, and product development) to ensure successful partnership integration.

- Tracking and measuring the success of partnerships, including ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Addressing any issues that arise in partnerships and finding solutions to ensure continued collaboration.

- Staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new partnership opportunities.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
