Sales Role - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Should be Pro in analyzing customer's need for insurance and assisting him buying the best plan(on Call)
- Should be prepared and insightful
- Should be open to working six days in a week and weekly off would be on a roster basis
- Ensuring No miss-Selling/Unethical practices in the processes
- High level of Target orientation of accomplishing weekly/monthly targets independently
- Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes
- Should be a good team player and lead by example
- Open to support teammates whenever required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in Outbound selling Online Term Insurance
- Should be proficient & spontaneous In Hindi/English
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Should be passionate for Growth and Incentive
- Should not be more than 30 Years of Age
