Job Title : Sales Representative
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Life Insurance, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of insurance products to customers. You will be expected to :
- Create and maintain connections with both present and new clients.
- Determine consumer needs and provide appropriate insurance product recommendations
- Achieving sales goals and other performance benchmarks
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
Key Requirements :
- Graduate degree in any field
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales & Marketing experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exemplary client service abilities
- Ability to work both alone and as a team Member with a track record of exceeding goals and sales targets
- Understanding of insurance products and market developments
Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- per month + Incentives
