Sales Role - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Minimum 1 year of Insurance Sales Experience (1st preference to Direct sales experience of handling high net worth clientele, 2nd preference to Banc assurance and Privilege Bankers for high net worth clientele)
The candidate would be provided leads to reach out to existing High net worth customers and understand their requirement, pitch & sell them the financial products which we have to offer. 100% of the leads would be provided by the branch. He/she would be responsible to call customers, check their availability and would have to travel to their respective homes to explain the policy, collect documents and issue a policy. Candidates should be ok with field sales.
Preferred:
Candidate should own a 2/4 wheeler as there will be extensive traveling involved in this profile.
Important pointers for candidature screening specifically for ERF
1) Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Mutual funds & ULIP plans
2) Candidate has to be presentable & well-dressed. (Suit / Blazer and Tie preferred)
3) Candidate should have a stable career with minimal job switches
4) Candidate has to be enthusiastic and passionate about sales
5) Candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 year in Life Insurance Sales
6) Preferred age Criteria :- Under 35
