Sales Role - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement marketing plans that are consistent with the organization's overarching business objectives.
- To determine target markets and their needs, do market research and analysis.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns for a range of media, such as digital, print, and social media.
- Create and implement content marketing tactics to engage and attract potential customers.
- Develop and put into practice lead generation and conversion strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Follow up on campaign results, evaluate them, and offer suggestions for enhancement.
- Keep abreast of business changes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the life insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Age :21 to 45
