Sales Role - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable about insurance services and products and have a successful track record in sales. You'll have to establish relationships with clients as an insurance agent in order to assist them in locating the insurance coverage that best suits their needs.
Roles and obligations
- Assembling and leading a team of financial agents and advisors.
- Manage an agent's entire lifecycle, including Teaching the partners how to use our app so they can serve their customers in the most effective and efficient way possible.
- Encouraging partners to increase their pocket share with us, with a focus on renewals and prevention of diluting.
- Focus on the manager's assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Recognize and adhere to the company's policies.
- Uphold strict business hygiene standards.
- Maintain current with market trends and modifications to insurance laws and regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, promptly responding to questions and resolving problems.
- Work with other team members to meet company objectives.
Candidate Profile :
- sales experience of at least one year.
- Broker Qualified certification (NIA/III) will be a plus.
- Deep understanding of the business environment. An added benefit is having knowledge of insurance products.
- The capacity to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders both orally and in writing.
- Skilled with the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software. exemplary presentation abilities.
- Minimum 1-3 year experiences sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
