Sales Role - Insurance (0-10 yrs)
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, build strong communication skills, and learn the ins and outs of business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and contact potential customers to develop new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver engaging presentations or pitches to potential clients.
Product Knowledge : Learn about company products and services to answer client inquiries effectively.
Sales Targets : Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
