Roles & Responsibility
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales & periodic review of the same.
- Maintain customers and prospect database.
- Generate sales enquiries including making cold calls
- Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate pre and post-sales-technical & commercial assistance and solutions by interacting with TSG/CSD and seniors.
- Generate leads for products and services offered by the Tech Centre.
- Follow up & collect receivables and commercial documents against invoices.
- Cover untapped area and customers for generation of new opportunities and orders. Assist in CSS data collection.
- Adherence to ISO & CRM process, coordination with other functional departments.
- Acquisition of Competitor Customer and collection of competitor product info.
- Coordination with other functional departments.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
- Job training for juniors.
- Participate in Quality Systems Audits.
