Sales Role - Industrial Chains (3-6 yrs)
To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the existing & new customers and dealers for the assigned territory.
- Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Company's policies.
- Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team
- Pre-sales follow such as Customer details that is required for master data creation as requested by the Backoffice
team, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if any, any purchase agreements to be completed in a timely manner
- Post Sales Follow-up - Collection of payments
- To co-ordinate for timely resolving Customer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team
- To prepare monthly customer contact plan for both Direct & MRO Segment and get it approved from Head Sales and executing the same.
- Obtaining regular feedback from the market and updating the same to the reporting officer.
- To ensure that the existing customer(s) are satisfied, queries are properly addressed and to maintain the reputation of the company.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - FUNCTIONAL
- B.E Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales domain wherein handling the industrial
transmission products such as Industrial Chains, consumables - Bearing, Gears, belts, cutting tools, Power
transmission segment etc
- Knowledge of Sales Processes, Commercial terms
- Negotiation Skills
- Good Communication in English and Hindi
- Computer Literacy - MS Office (Excel & Power Point Presentations)
